24 Hours
Scientist believes that someone who has not slept in 24 hours would behave the same as someone who has a blood-alcohol content of 0.10%. This includes impaired memory, declining hand –eye coordination and deterioration in decision making.
36 Hours
The body has the first signs of damage when high levels of inflammatory markers are introduced in the blood stream which in the long run can lead to cardiovascular diseases and high blood pressure. The individual would feel a higher version of the above mentioned functioning defects.
