Tips to see your new year health goals

1. Motivation: Every second of the day remember why you started. If it is still fit into your clothes or to feel more energetic, whatever may be the case always have it in mind.

2. Planning: Trying to implement something without a plan is waiting to see it fail. The same goes for your new year resolution as well. Prepare a schedule and stick to it for the next 12 months.

3. Goals: Always keep periodic goals and Keep checking them as you successfully complete it. 

4. Take it slow: We all have the rush of energy on January but slowly starts decreasing from the next month onwards, which is ok as long as you don't quit and suceed in your resolutions.

5. Lapses: The ideal condition is that you follow your regime and succeed on the right date, but the world is not perfect and therefore you will run into hurdles. Your test of character is overcoming these hurdles.

6. Miscellaneous: Of course I would also tell you to have regular exercise, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, get enough sleep, eat your meals, so on and so forth.
