The Skill Quotient

We are all equal in the eyes of the law but do not for a second think that our calibers are the same. Once you reach a certain level of maturity you come to the understanding that there are people better than you at certain things. You might put in all your 8 hours of work constantly striving to make your project as good as it gets but the guy next to you could get that done in couple of hours. Your colleague would have finished his weekly task in the first 3 days and would have the remaining days off for his own personal needs that is not saying he rushed through his work but he is that capable to complete his task well before the dead line and just because he can do that work effectively and in very less time does not entitle him to do more work. This simple concept gives rise to a lot of negative emotions and feelings all around such as low self-esteem, pride, inferiority complex, a sense of superiority to your fellow beings.
