Serum For the Inmates

Many nations have already removed themselves from the concept of capital punishment- death penalty for   a convict. Over the years several Nations adopted several means to do this. Hanging Till death, electricution and many more. Human rights activists have been against this very idea for a while. Biologists have taken up this role as their own responsibility and have created a serum that would make convicts believe that they have been imprisoned for years, decades even while having served a sentence of meager months. Biologists have also confirmed that the serum will have no other side effect to the subject's physical or mental well being. Several governments and their prisons have already agreed upon this and are merely waiting for the official word.
