Power Naps

Carving out 20 to 30 minutes of your daily routine for a daily power nap might be one of the best things you can do. Humans are polyphasic sleepers, meaning we sleep for short periods throughout the day. We, however divide this by getting in our sleep at night and then staying awake all day. Ideally one should aim to take a power nap lasting 20 to 30 minutes roughly between 1pm to 4pm. Any time after 4 could disrupt your night sleep. A power nap has many benefits such as:
