Overweight Issues

In our beloved world over 2.2 billion children and adults are affected by overweight. In 2015 alone research shows that over 4 million deaths have been attributed due to overweight and nearly 40% of those were not clinically obese. Of course if you exclude the cases of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and cancers the other deaths are simply due to the increasing body mass index (BMI). What people should be made aware is that when you make a New Year resolution of losing weight, it should include the clause of ‘not gaining more’ by the end of the year. As far as statistics are considered, The United States has the highest level of obesity among adults and children, at nearly 13% of the population. Egypt topped the list for adult obesity, at about 35%. Studies showed us the obvious cause of obesity and that is increased sugar in our diet. Several nations have taken a strict stand against the use of sugar and its supplements in good amounts in children’s dietary products.
