Morning Stiffness

In short, morning stiffness can be described as the difficultness in getting out of bed in the morning. One might waste an hour or two to start getting ready for your daily chores.

•          Lack of daily exercise

•          Being over weight

•          Poor diet

•          Lack of sleep

•          Cold or damp environment

 

Solution

•          Ensure you get a good nights sleep

•          Start off with a minor yoga followed by simple breathing exercise

•          Light squats and crunches to keep the blood flowing

•          Make sure to follow your diet

•          Take in plenty of water

•          Do not shy away from walking and if possible jog during the evenings

 

Keep your mind stress free and try to stay calm and relaxed as much as possible.
