The first thing we should understand if our body. Our body always stores energy for future emergencies. There are always two chemicals actively participating in body functions. One breaks down proteins fats and carbohydrates while the other stores this energy. The concept of eating at regular times has developed due to our daily working and sleeping hours. The body automatically maintains a chemical routine. If we disturb this balance the body behaves differently and therefore releases chemicals as if the body was starving. Not to mention a variety of changes also occurs. This condition in its extremity could lead to unhealthy cholesterol which in turn could lead to heart attacks and stroke.
