Sun burn has become a growing problem in our humble state and today let us discusses some home remedies for sun burn.
• Use Aloe Vera to soothe and moisturize sunburnt skin
• Replacing lost body fluids is a must, Drink lots of water, juice, or sports drinks
• Apply cool milk with a clean cloth to your sunburned skin
• Inflammation around the eye area can be reduced by applying teabags soaked in cold water to the eyelids
• Yogurt applied to sunburned skin also can be soothing.
• Prepare a cucumber paste and apply to the affected sunburn area. The antioxidant in cucumber helps fight against sun burn.
• Taking a bath with 1 cup apple cider vinegar to the tub helps relax the sun burned skin and gives a cool feeling.
