• Epsom Salt: Soaking the injured area in a cold bath saturated with Epsom salt helps the injury as the salt soothes sore muscles and the intermediate connecting tissues.
• Natural Method: Any of the below mentioned ingredients wrapped around the affected area for a solid 2-3 hours will help bring down inflammation as well as pain. The ingredients are:

o Onion
o Garlic
o Olive oil
o Castor oil
