• Hot Compress: The heat helps to treat inflammation and swelling if any. Placing a plastic bag filled with hot water few times a day for 10-15 minutes will give you some relief.
• Epsom Salt Bath: The magnesium sulfate in the salt bath helps reduce shoulder pain and also relieves stress from the body.
• Massage: A gentle massage will help release tension and stress and also improves blood circulation to the affected area. Never massage the affected area directly if it causes pain.
• Apple Cider Vinegar: It has anti-inflammatory as well as alkalizing properties that can help reduce swelling. Taking a 20-30 minute bath in a tub containing unfiltered apple cider vinegar helps to reduce the pain.
• Lavender Oil: It helps relax the muscles. Massaging with a mixture of lavender oil and warm olive oil twice a day for a few days will help remove the aching shoulder muscles.
