Health Issues due to Tight Clothing

A pair of jeans that shows you off as sexy or, a shirt that highlights your feminine attributes or a tight miniskirt that you love to wear are actually bad for your health. On the other hand if you gained a little weight and your clothes are too tight now it’s best that you don’t try them again. There are lots of health issues that arise due to tight clothing such as:

•          Prohibits return blood flow: When return blood flow is restricted it makes you feel tired and fatigued. When your clothes are tightly fitted around the legs or waist, your heart has to work harder to help the blood to return.

•          Back pain: Wearing clothes that restrict your movements forces you to strain certain muscles and makes your vertebrae work harder than usual.

•          Slows digestion: When your pants or belt are too tight, it doesn’t allow your abdominal area to expand which restricts the acids that are needed and can lead to constipation, intestinal pain, and abdominal swelling.
