•  Eggs: They contain choline which is made use to create acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that is important for memory and communication among brain cells.

•    Nuts: Nuts improve cognitive skills within the brain and is also rich in Vitamin E which shields cell membrane from any mental decline.
