Have you ever awoken from a dream and had to take a few minutes to reassure yourself that it was in fact just a dream, I have and that too several times. You can literally feel the dream. The emotion that you experience could be several – happy, sad, fear among many others. The term dream crying refers to crying real tears while immersed in a dream. This is in fact not any psychological disorder as this could happen to the most normal of us. This is also nothing to worry about; it just means that you have a strong memory or strong association with a particular place, object or person. Studies actually reveal that a strong relation is something that should be entertained and as humans it is one of our primal natures to feel a strong care for something or someone. So the next time you experience one of this, lie down , relax, take a few deep breaths and go back to bed without thinking of it again; chances are that you will experience it again.
