Many of us aren’t the morning people (me included). Jogging or hitting the gym first thing in the morning is something beyond me. Getting up earlier than necessary is the stuff of nightmares for me. Something I do practice is a light yoga regime. I needn’t wake up that early and does not take much time either, so today let us talk about the benefits of early morning yoga.
- Short meditation helps in clearing your thought, a leg balance pose helps in concentration and focus.
- Sun salutations are ideal in oxygenating those sleepy cells. Bringing the arms and legs to where they don’t usually spend the day is extremely energetic.
- If you are a foddie, you would be extremely thrilled as light planks and downward dogs builds up your metabolism and you can eat more and still stay in shape.
- You can feel your tensions being lifted. A sense of calm and tranquility fills up your body after 10-15 minutes of breathing exercise.
- Regularly following the routine helps shape up your body. You will be eating healthy and can start to notice the positive changes almost within the month.
